mails have dissapeared

I have just boucht the latest G5 OSX with office:mac 2004.
I started to use entourage
One month later, I open entourage and see that all mails have dissapeared.
Entourage asks me to input all info as if it were the first time.
Is it a Microsoft bug?
How to recover my mails?
