Mails in deleted items - Roady

Dear Roady,

I have strange problem, some of my emails directly goes to
deleted items, infact I have no rules created any of my
address. I have made detect and repair of OL2000 still
same problem

pls advise , what to do

Hi Anver,

What type of mail account are you using? IMAP, POP3, Exchange? Are you using
a SPAM-filter that could cause this? Do the mails have any similarity? Like
same sender, words or anything else?

Yes some times the mails from the same sender, but
sometimes different. I have norton internet security2003
installed which will be scanning the mail when it goes out
and come in.
and one more unusual issue is when I send a reply to some
of the incoming mails, it does't show the replied icon
(still shows the mail icon)

Does it still happen when you disable the anti-SPAM-tool?

For the envelope icon;
If the message is based on a custom form it won't change the icon on reply
and forwards.

for the Reply Icon-
No the messages are in normal format(like rich/html/plain)
orelse how can I know the custom format of an incoming
message.

pls help
