If Outlook 2002 is open when I click on a mailto: link on
a web page I receive an error "Can't create the item."
If Outlook 2002 is closed the error is "Cannot start
Microsoft Outlook. Can't create the item."
I've already set my URL:Mailto Protocol to Outlook.
Can anyone help?
