I get this error message when I try to send email to the webmaster of any web page or any email using the MailTo: hyperlink. I researched and found how to correct the switch, but it would revert back to the original setting after reboot (restart) each day. I finally figured that it must be change by the administrator to become permanent. I issued a help ticket to our LAN Admin, with his help I changed the switch. Then re-log in as myself great it worked
BUT _ the fix did not hold and I am getting the same error message - I make the same fix and it still reverts back after I restart. Here is the fix.
I need you to tell how to make this fix permanent

Sort the File Type column by clicking on the title bloc
Search for URL:MailTo Protoco
Highlight it – select the Advance butto
Select edi
