Main Categories and Sub Categories

I have a backend Access database query that returnes Main categories that
are linked to sub categories e.g

Main Cat Sub Cat
Cat Black
Cat White
Cat Green
Dog Goldern
Dog Orange
Dog Big
Dog Small

What i'm trying to do it have front page return the results like follows (
Group by Main Cat ) but i'm not having any luck

Cat
Black
White
Green

Dog Goldern
Orange
Big
Small

Hi Steven,

Custom code will need to be written to handle this using ASP or ASP.net.

Looks like I'll have to manually type them in then as I have no asp
knowledge
