MAIN WINDOW BLANK, ENTOURAGE NEVER LOADS

Short explanation:
After upgrading to SP2, Entourage never loads for one user only,
receiving only the spinning beach ball while trying to load the Main
Window.

Longer explanation:
Account user "L" had Entourage open, while Enduser user "P" (both
administrators) installed SP2.
Now, only gets the Spinning Beach Ball while trying to load the Main
Window. (only user "L", user "P" is fine)

I think I've tried everything...Compact/Optimize/Rebuild Database,
trash preferences, and re-install Entourage. I think all I have left
is to reformat and re-install the whole drive. I really don't want to
have to go that far.
