Maintaining Links when moving data

I have a worksheet that tracks data for a certain amount of time (Sheet1!$C).
Several of the cells from Sheet1 are linked to cells in Sheet2 via IF
statements. Once the date range for the data in Sheet1!$C has expired I move
those rows over to Sheet3 (copy/paste). I'd like to know what my options are
for redirecting the IF statements in Sheet2 once I move the Shee1 data.
Please note that while the columns stay the same the row #'s do change
between Sheet1 and Sheet3.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
