Major Outlook XP error

Hello to all.

I am having a problem with one of my users that niether my
team or I can resolve. There is one user that has a email
account setup for use with MS Exchange 2000. The problem
occurs after the user account is setup for use with
exchange. This porocess goes well until the user open her
Outlook. Once she double click on Outlook, she recieves a
error that states the following:
Error signattre
AppName: Outlook.exe AppVer 10.0.4024.0 ModName:eek:utllib.dll
ModVer: 10.0.4219.0 Offsetr: 0003a64f

Afer it kicks out this error, Outlook restarts itself many
times only to have the same problem happen.

I found a Knowledge base article that found that users
having a similiar type of problem. MS fix for that
problem was to change the tool bar settings. This was for
Outlook 2k. I dont know if this will fix my problem.

Anyone have any clues or pointers on how to handle this
problem?
