Make all of Outlook searchable (ie. notes and tasks as well).

Palm Desktop (on both Windows and Mac) is completely searchable whereas the
Outlook desktop appears cabapble of searching only the contacts.

It would be much better if keywords could search all (or, preferably,
selected) categories of information on the program.

(If, of course, I'm wrong and the program CAN do this, kindly let me know
how.)

As well, are there any programs allowing you to avoid duplication between
address books in Outlook?
