make conacts to :vcf (file)

I need to send my contacts to my mobile phone from outlook. but its need it to be in a *.vcf and i cant do that. Hel

Does this help?

Click Contacts.
Click the contact you want to send as a vCard, and then on
the Actions menu click Forward as vCard.
If the Forward as vCard command is not available, click
Forward.

That's fine for just one at a time. What if you have dozens or hundreds. Is there a 1-time approach to export all Contacts as VCF?
