Make Outlook my default mail app

I have both Outlook and Outlook express on my computer. I
would like to make Outlook my default mail client. where
do I set it?
Any help would be appreciated.

Control Panel-Internet Options-Programs

When you open Outlook, it would give an error message that it is not the
default email client & would you like it to be set as the default. You can
select here that outlook may be made the default email client. If you are
not getting this message, then you will need to go to Internet options in
the control panel, programs tab, & select under email a pull down menu is
available & there both Outlook express & microsoft office outlook would be
listed. U can select the one that you need here.
