make the page width and height static

hi guys im just new with web designing and would like to seek your goo
help on how to make the hieght and width static same with yahoo and al
the design are in the middle.

Do you mean that you want all of your page's content to fit within a fixed
width area horizontally? That's commonly done using a table with a fixed
width set in pixels, with all of the content within it.

Not sure what you meant by "make height static". The height of a page will
always vary depending upon the content (assuming it has at least some HTML
text).
