make vcards

I’ve been asked to make vcards for everyone in our office and I’m not sure
how to do it… Can I do it for other users or do they have to do it
themselves? I’m not even sure how I got mine to work! For crying out loud

Could someone please help me? !

Create a contact with the person's information in it, then choose File | Save As.
