Making a backup of Entourage?

Entourage X, O/S X - which files in the Microsoft User folder do I copy to
make a complete backup of my Entourage emails, calendar, tasks, notes,
address book, etc?

Is there a "backup" icon or script that will do this for me?

How about grabbing the entire identity folder? There might be stuff in
there you don't need, but everything you *do* need should be in there.

FWIW, you can type "back up" into the Entourage Help search box and there
are pretty good instructions on what to do.
