Making a calendar for 12 months - how to change the layout and position of the calendar items

MS Publisher 2007 offers a number of sample calendars where you can choose
start and end date,
among the option one month per page...

For example, i want to make a 12-month calendar with one page per month.

This works fine but i have no ability to GLOBALLY change the position of the
calendar items.
In my particular case the days of the month will always appear in the center
of my A4 (or letter) page
but i want the month to appear at the bottom of the page, so i can put a
picture at the top...

Evidently i could do this by hand (for 12 months) but is there any global
way of achieving this ?

Click Apply a Template on the task pane, click calendars, on the right in the
customize task pane, change the orientation to portrait. This will cause the
pictures to be at the top.
