making a flyer with publisher

I Want to add more than one picture on my flyer, but it does not give me that
option. Is it possible to add more than one picture?

Yes, but you have to do it one at a time.

I make flyers with Publisher 2000 and put several pictures (or clip art) on
them, wherever I want. If I want the picture/art to look like it's right on
the paper and not IN a box, I click FILL> NO FILL (for example I made a
flyer for a person doing cleaning and put clip art of a vacuum with dust
around it on the bottom, almost over the text)

I make a new picture box (and insert) for each one.

Not sure if that's what you mean, or why you can't put more than one on a
page. Seems like you can put as many pictures as you want, just click the
picture frame tool and draw it on the page (and insert picture) each time.
