making a "safe List"

Is it possible to set up Outlook so that it will use my
address book as a safe list, allowing only contacts from
the address book to get into my inbox while deleting the
rest or moving it to another folder. I am being inundated
with spam and will soon run the junk senders list over its
limit. Any help will be appreciated.

Outlook 2002 supports this through the Rules Wizard. In earlier versions, you'd have to create a rule or rules adding addresses manually.
