making entourage my defaul email program

I just got my first Mac before christmas and I am running Entourage. I
can't figure out how to make it my defaul email program. I made the
mistake of saying no when I installed it. I am totally new to this G-5.

Open up Apple's mail.app, and set the default mail app in the preferences in
there.
