Making Entourage work w/Exchange Server 2007

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: intel
Email Client: Exchange

PLEASE HELP!! I am the only Mac user in our company of 111 and we just moved to an Exchange 2007 server. Previously, my Apple Mail application worked fine w/the old server, but now it doesn't. I understand and I'm willing to switch to Entourage, but cannot get it to connect or work properly.
Any and ALL help needed and appreciated.
