Making out-of-office appointments visible

Both Microsoft Outlook (for PC) and Outlook Web Access (for any browser)
mark out-of-office appointments with a purple strips so they stand out from
in-office or tentative appointments which are marked with blue strips.

I can't seem to get Entourage to do something similar so I can tell these
appointment types apart.

I hate this too.

It does seem to change the colour when you "schedule" someone else, it shows
slightly different colours of blue so you can see other peoples
availability. But it would be pleasant to have them also highlighted in our
own calendar too.

I also would like to see the ability to interrogate others meetings as in
Outlook. When you a re scheduling you can mouse over the other persons
meetings and it pops up and gives you a summary of their meeting, it really
helps to determine if you can bump up against their existing appointments.

I cant seem to find a way to make that happen either.
