making pdfs from powerpoint

When we make a pdf from powerpoint in handout form the
page is cut off at the top and the bottom so we loose any
header or footer information. Page Size is set to Letter
and reducing the percentage to 85% or lower does not help.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
