Managing another person's calendar Using the OWA or Entourage client with Exchange 2003?

Please advise how someone using a Macintosh computer can manage
another person's calendar and sync the other person's (Palm) PDA
device to an Exchange 2003 server?

I do not see that functionality in either the OWA or Entourage client.

I don't believe you can sync a Palm to OWA or to Entourage (don't quote me
on the latter, I don't know Entourage).

You can sync a Palm with your Entourage AB or calendar, but not with
someone else's.
As for being able to access someone else's Exchange AB or calendar from
Entourage, unfortunately, the current version doesn't support this
function :-\
