Managing DL's from Outlook 2003

Hello,

How can I configure my Exchange 2k3 server to allow specific Outlook 2k3
clients to create, and update, Distribution Lists?

You mean distribution lists in Active Directory?

Yes... I guess I need to create them manually, and assign a user to "Manage
the list"... That way they can do all the adds/deletes by themselves..
