Managing multiple e-mail addresses

I am using Entourage in a corporate Exchange environment. We recently
changed our system so that everybody has a new e-mail address. For
some of the people in my address book, entourage seems to have stored
multiple e-mail addresses that appear when I try to address a new
message. These old addresses do not appear anywhere in the address
book.

Is there any way to delete old e-mail addresses from valid entries in
the address book?

Sounds like you're getting the Most Recently Used addresses list. For more
