managing multiple mail accounts in Entourage

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel
Email Client: pop

So, I am migrating from Outlook 2007 and I have 3 mail accounts that I use, each with separate .pst file and corresponding separate personal folders in Outlook.

I want to be able to do the same thing with Entourage, so I am able to keep the emails from all of the accounts separate. I see I can do this easily on Mac Mail by creating three separate accounts each with its own mailbox but Entourage doesn't seem to work like this.

Anyone have a solution?

Thanks

You can accomplish this in a couple of ways.

All POP mail goes to the Inbox folder under "On My Computer" by default.

You can either create a rule using Tools --> Rules... to direct each
account's mail to a specific folder for that account or you can edit
each account's Options tab to enable "Allow online access (shows account
in folder list)".

The first option will separate all mail from each other and the second
will show each account as a folder in your folders list so that you can
view your mail for each account separately.

Hope this helps!
