Managing Popup Reminder Windows in OL2000

Hello everybody.

I get a lot of popup reminder windows because I set a lot of follow-up flags
on my email messages. Sometimes I have a whole stack of them cascaded on my
screen. If I don't want to deal with them right away I minimize them.

My question is:

Is there any way (option, rule, VBA, whatever) to have these reminder
windows appear automatically minimized?
