MAPI32.DLL is corrupt or the wrong version

Just adding after a full install and a full uninstall that it seems pretty
clear that it leaves the system needing a service pack to get the system out
of dll hell again. I tried re-install, fixmapi.exe, and renaming all
instantaces of mapi to mapi old to get the system to go into repair mode no
luck. Oh well I like playing with these things anyways or I'd stop lol
