Mark Unread icon not on toolbar

I would prefer to have "Mark Unread" as an icon on the toolbar in
Entourage rather than "Mark as Read", but it isn't available as a
choice. Is there any way to overcome that and put that icon on the
toolbar??

Why not use the shortcut to toggle this option?

Command-shift-O

I could, and do, use the shortcut. But then I'd respond to your
question by asking, then why have a toolbar shortcut for Mark Read? If
developers were going to offer a toolbar shortcut for one, why not
have it act as a toggle or give the user the option to install it as a
separate icon. Now, if your hand is on the mouse, you're forced to
either navigate the menu or put your fingers back on the keyboard.
