Marking email as private

I have someone who wants me to mark emails to them as private so that their secretary cannot access them, but I cannot find this option in entourage (it used to be an option in outlook, from memory, by right clicking on the message and choosing options). Can it be done in entourage?

Not that I can remember. One option would be to move the e-mail to a
second account (IMAP for instance) or to move it to "On My Computer".

This feature is only available for calendar events, not mail messages.
