Marquee fails in Outlook and Word

Hello,

OS and Apps involved:

Outlook 2002 SP-3
Word 2002 SP-3
Windows XP SP-2

My issue may be with Windows XP SP-2. I use Word as my e-
mail editior for Outlook 2K2. After updating to XP'a SP-
2, when i attempt to insert scrooling text (or sound)
into an e-mail message, Word gives me the following error
message (for scrolling text): This object was created in
MARQUEE.The application is not available to open this
object...Clik OK.

Any ideas??
