masking recipient identities in a distribution list mailing

I want to send messages from Outlook using a distribution list but I don't
want any recipient to see the e-mail address of any other recipient. This
is a privacy issue. Is this possible?

Put the distribution list in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field.
