Mass mailer using To: and cc:

I want to send Mass emailers using Outlook 2000.

I want to be able to fill-in automatically the recipient
To: and also the recipient cc:. The data source - email
addresses for both fields - could be either from Contact
Folders or from an Excel spreadsheet.

How can I do that? Thanks. Jerome
