Match formula question?

Can the below formula be shorten by using "Match"?


Formula=COUNTIF(J22,"=1")+COUNTIF(J22,"=7")+COUNTIF(J22,"=11")+COUNTIF(J22,"=17")+COUNTIF(J22,"=21")+COUNTIF(J22,"=27")
