Match Size of Autoshapes

L

Linda Adams

Access has a feature where all the fields can be selected and then adjusted
so they are all exactly the same size with a couple clicks of the mouse. I
think this would be an extremely helpful feature for Autoshapes in
PowerPoint. I get slides with all kinds of boxes of all diffent sizes and
end up spending a lot of time just making them all the same size.

My version of Office is 2003.

Linda:

In your Powerpoint presentation, choose all of your shapes, (holding the
Shift key while clicking each shape), then right click, choose "Format
AutoShape", click on "Size" tab and enter your values. All shapes will then
be sized accordingly. Is this what you're looking for?

The one in Access allows me to choose from the narrowest, widest, etc.,
rather than having to type a number in.
