Matching Time-In and Time-Out based on 3 fields

I have a table that has the following field: ID, Course, Dte and Time. Is
there a way to create a new table out of this and group the ID, Course, Dte
fields - then sort the time and create a table with ID, Course, Dte, plus 2
new fields Time-In and Time-Out. Below is my sample current table and desired
output:

100 ENGL 104 01/12/2007 8:00
100 ENGL 104 01/12/2007 9:00
100 ENGL 104 01/12/2007 13:00
100 ENGL 104 01/12/2007 14:00
