I found this function on this same DG a long time ago:
=ADDRESS(MAX((A1:B5=LARGE(A1:B5,C1))*ROW(A1:B5)),MAX((A1:B5=LARGE(A1:B5,C1))*COLUMN(A1:B5)),4)
Note: The function should go in Cell D1. The data resides in range A1:B5.
In C1, you choose the column that you want to look in for the max value
(i.e., column 1, column 2, etc.)
