What is the maximum number of recipients in the BCC list in Outlook? I am
trying to send it to 521 e-mail accounts and it stops after a certain number
of e-mails. Also, how do I resend just to those that show "failed" in the
Tracking section of the e-mail?

Many times that's based on the limits set on the SMTP (outgoing mail)
server. Not sure if there's a way to send to just the 'failed' recipients
