I need a little help with the following: I have the same information in cells
C1:C7 that I run a random sort on. What I need is if D6 is blank I want the
cell with the value of "3 - 2" (some where between C1:C7) to be switched with
what every value is in C6 And do the same for the value "5 - 2" and switch it
with the value in C7(if D6 is blank D7 will be also).
If D7 is blank I only need to switch the value "3 - 2" with the value in C7.
It seems confusing I'm sure it is used to randomly assign personal. When
someone is sick I need the vacant assignments to be 3 - 2 & then 5 - 2.
Am I asking for the impossible?
