MCI error - Drive not found

G

George Keele

I have a presentation that someone sent me that has a few
avi video clips. When I do a slide show you see the first
frame of the clip then it goes blank. When I exit the
slide show and double-click on the window where the video
is I get a popup that states MCI Error - There is no
driver installed on your system. Any suggestions are
welcome.

Thanks

George,

The error pretty much says it all. You are missing the needed codec for the
video. You'll have to identify the codec used to create the file, and then
install/register it on your system.
