Meesage could not be delivered

Outlook 97 - had been working fine. Then I get the following message:


Message could not be delivered, make sure there is sufficient memory
and disk space and that the message store is available.

Cleaned up hard drive & RAM. Have over 5G of free space. Ran virus
scan...came out negative, no virus'

Is this virus related?

How do I fix?

Accessed my email via comcast.net. Only 13 messages, small size files
Read & Deleted files. Went into outlook again and my email suddenl
downloaded. Great!
