Meeting Conflict Notifiation

Unlike its native Office cousin, Entourage does not complain if you
accept a meeting that conflicts with an existing meeting in the same
time slot.

Have I got some configuration wrong, or is this another issue like
server side rules, that just isn't available.

Seems kinda fundamental for a calendaring package.

It's not available.

It would be nice, the only work-round at present is to look in the calendar.
