I am doing a project on Meeting Customer Needs. Does anyone have any notes I
can use? Particularly looking for:

Importance of meeting customer requirements in terms of delivery and
specification

Outline of systems in place to monitor the goods and servic provided to the
customer (spreadsheets)

Advantages/Disadvantages of meeting customer requirements

Practical and postive steps to improving customer service
