Meeting notification even though they were not invited to the meeting

Hey all,

Have 2 vip's that recieved a meeting invitation even though they were not
invited to the meeting in question. Don't even know where to start to
troubleshoot with this one.

any help would be appreciated

The two vips are probably set up as delegates in the mailbox(es) of someone
who was invited. When you find them, uncheck the box in the permissions
section about the delegate receiving copies of meeting related messages.
