Hi all,

I have a user that is a PA to a manager.

1. The PA is using Windows XP SP2, MS Outlook 2003.
2. A meeting request is sent to the manager
3. The PA has full rights to manager's calander
4. PA recieves manager's meeting request ready to accept
5. On manager's Entourage calander it appears as a time entry
6. The PA then accepts the meeting request on manager's behalf
7. A coupe of seconds later, the meeting request from the manager's
entourage disappears
8. On the PA's MS Outlook it can still be seen in the calander for the
manager for which the PA has access to

The version of Entourage is 11.2.3 (full office for mac)
The version of OSX it Tiger 10.4.6

I have tried to remove and re-add the rights for PA to manager from
Active Directory and MS Outlook (for manager's profile) and still no
change.

This seems to be a global Entourage problem that a lot of people in
other companies are also experiencing. I have not come across a fix on
here, Mactopia or Microsoft.

Can any one help?

Thanks.

Out of curiosity, is the PA on Outlook 2003 using cached mode? Does the
calendar event appear or not appear on the principal's calendar when viewing
it in OWA (i.e. has it gotten up to the principal's Exchange
mailbox/account)? What does free/busy indicate for that time period?

Hi, the answer is no.

When the meeting request arrives to their manager as stated, it appears
tentatively in their calendar. It only disappears once PA accepts it.

Thanks.
