Meeting times off by 1 hour

Whne scheduling a meeting with east coat and west cost
offices the west coast office meeting time is only two
hours diffrence instead of thre. Have checked time zones
all correct

Have you checked the timezone setting in both Control panel and in Outlook?
Also check both places to make sure the "adjust for daylight savings time"
are correct and agree.
