Memory Error message when replying

Hi,
I tried to reply to one email today but whenever i click on the reply button, a popup message that says that "I dont have enough memory to make the reply" come out.( Im sorry I dont know the exact words because its in japanese ).
This mail is just even 128KB. I closed all the other applications and rebooted my pc but still I couldnt reply to that mail. Same as forward or reply all.
But all the other emails, I can reply.

Does anyone here knows how this thing is fixed?

You're not providing any information to work with here. Always at least
include your version of Outlook.

Tried it in Safe Mode already?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

If it works like this, your issue is likely to be with an addin you have
installed.

Hi,
Im sorry I left out the info about my version, its Outlook 2003.
I havent tried it in the Safe mode yet, but Im sure that I havent installed anything as an addin.

Post back your results when you've tested it in Safe Mode.

Also; do you use Word or Outlook as the email editor?

The error still appeared even when in safe mode.
I was using word as my mail editor but even when I tried to change it plain text, it still wouldnt work.
