Memory error when opening a message in outlook XP

I am using Outlook XP and Word XP. When opening a message
(mostly occurs when there is an attachment), it
prompts "There is insufficient memory or disk space.
Word cannont
display the request font".

I found some articles that relate to this, but they were
for Outlook 97 and according to Microsoft, OL98 fixed
this issue.

I'm on the verge of deleting the users AD account and re-
creating it as there seems to be no solutions that I can
find on the web regarding this.

Any help would be most appreciated.
