Memory Error

When I try to edit a publisher text area using the pull
down menu tast "edit document in Word" publisher freezes
up and work won't open.

I have 512M memory and have checked it and am only using
about 1/3 capacity.

Any ideas what causes the insufficient memory error?

Are you running Norton Antivirus? If so, you must disable Script Blocking.
Directions as to how to do this vary with the NAV version, but you should
find it if you click on Options on the NAV menu.
