Menu and submenu with commands

Dear All,

I would like to generate a menu on the menu bar of Access. I know how to do
this manually (customize, drag the 'New Menu'/'New Command' to the bar/menu).
However, this should be done during runtime as soon as the first form is
loaded. Furthermore, this menu should have one or more sub menus, which again
have several commands.

Is this doable?
