Menu Bar missing / disappeared

Hi everyone,

I have Outlook 2000 and the menu bar has disappeared. I have tried reseting
the menu bar and have tried detect and repair, neither of which has worked.
Anyone have any idea on how to get it back?

View | Toolbars | Customize. On the toolbars tab, check the box in front
of Menu Bar.
